TECHNICAL SUPPORT

All the main processes, such as heat treatments, steel cuttings, turning and grindings achieved in cold and hot working and other chemical and diffusion treatments, are made in-house and kept under direct control of our quality Dept.

LOGISTICS
Our 2000 m2 warehouse in Gavardo and our authomatic plates warehouse in Prevalle allow us to satisfy any customers' needs in real time, thus reducing delivery time and ensuring regular and continuous supplies with ready-to-shipment goods.
DELIVERIES
Pedrotti Spa supplies Italian customers with owned trucks and with periodical deliveries and, when necessary, with Express Courriers, in order to avoid waste of time and to assure the best delivery terms for any urgent matters.
STEEL GRADES
Pedrotti uses high quality materials which fit any customers' needs, from machining issues to particular features that the mould requires. This is the reason why Pedrotti offers mould bases in different steel grades, especially Toolox 33 and 44, pre-hardened steel developped by SSAB for the toolmaking industry which increases the machinability and does not requires further heat treatments: and that means saving time and money!
Beside 1.1730 and Toolox, Pedrotti deals with the most common steel grades, such as 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2738, 1.2767, the stainless steels 1.2083 and 1.2085 and cavity plates in alluminium.
MACHININGS UPON DRAWING
In our plants, we are able to supply customized mould bases upon drawing and any kind of mechanical works, in different materials and sizes. The milling capacity up to 11,000 x 3,000 x 3,500 mm, the grinding capacity up to 4,000 x 2,000 mm and the drilling capacity from Ø10 to Ø25 x 1.500 allow to work pieces up to 50 tons. In Gavardo (Normalizzati sector) Pedrotti SPA manufactures both standard components and any other special components upon drawing.
HISTORY
1965-Giuseppe Pedrotti started the production of bushes and pillars, founding Pedrotti Normalizzati Italia Spa
1982-Pedrotti Meccanica Sas is founded, dealing with manufacturing and distribution of modular mould bases and mould bases upon drawing
2011- ...we are still on! Today Pedrotti consists of two divisions:
Meccanica Division/plant
Normalizzati Division/plant
Nowadays, Pedrotti boasts more than 160 employees settled on the two divisions covering an area of 25000 square meters.
Our aim is to increase our position on the market of moulds equipment offering the right solutions with high quality products and an effective service. Pedrotti manufactures and distributes equipment for injection moulding, die casting and die-sets.
Our facilities consist of two divisions:
• “Meccanica” plant– manufacturing modular mould bases and plates upon drawing for any other mechanical machinings
• “Normalizzati” plant – manufacturing and distributing components and other elements both standard and upon drawing.
Our team is a prop to all our customers, supporting them professionaly both in the supplies and with post sales assistance.

The production organization focuses both on the product quality (the whole production process and the finished goods) and on the respect of the environment, according to the regulations ....
To be certified ISO 14001 is not mandatory, but it witnesses the wish of the company to mantain and increase the environmental management system.
ISO 14000 identifies the series of the international rules dedicated to the organization
of the environment management.
ISO 14001 identifies one of these rules that fixes the requirements of the environmental management of any organization or company. According to ISO 14001, the conformity to the rules can be certified: the certification does not identifies the environmental performances, but rather a method that allows the control on them, increasing, then, the results.
ISO 9001: the certification defines the requirements of quality management: the requirements are generic and can be increased by any kind of organization.
